Ethical Pricing Policy

As a manufacturer of tradeshow exhibits and large-format graphics, The Portables purchases raw materials from 20 countries around the world. The common factor in all of these purchases is the use of US dollars as the payment currency. With the rise of the Canadian dollar against the US dollar, a number of our input costs have decreased. As an ethical company we will be passing these savings on to our clients effective immediately.

At this point no one is sure if the strength of the Canadian dollar will hold up against the US dollar, but we feel comfortable it will not sink to the historic low levels of a few years ago. The Portables is constantly looking for ways to decrease our input costs and still maintain the highest quality standards. We will continue to pursue this course of action to ensure that price increases due to production or purchasing inefficiencies do not occur.
