The Portables Promise

We promise to take any The Portables product back that doesn’t make you work happy.

Our products can be returned within 4 days of receipt for a full hardware refund (We don’t have to receive them in 4 days, but the process needs to be initiated within 4 days of receipt). Once we receive the returned item, a refund will go back on the credit card used to place your order within 3 business days. As soon as the return is processed, we will send you a confirmation email, so that you can show it to your accounting department. Please don’t take offence, but we can only give you a refund for the display portion of your order.

Return Process:

  2. Let us know that you need to return a product.
  3. We will send you a UPS link that will allow you to print off a return label.
  4. Print your label, tape it firmly to the box.
  5. Call UPS and voila, you are done.

The returned product needs to be in the same condition you received it with all the packaging, accessories, manuals included.

Shipping is on us if it's our mistake, and on you if you've decided you're more of a ROSO Banner stand as opposed to a ZAP banner stand. UPS labels can only be used for returns within Canada and from the lower 48. If you live outside the continental United States, send us your return using an insured method.

We apologize in advance, but we cannot guarantee a refund of any taxes or duties that might have been paid in the original purchase. Where we are allowed to by law, we will certainly refund these amounts, or we will help you to try and reclaim them.

We are not putting a whole bunch of legalese here because we believe that if we chat we can resolve most discrepancies. If you have a problem, call us and we will figure out a fair and equitable solution – after all we want you to come back and most importantly, we want you to tell all your friends about how easy it is to deal with us.
