My name is Jim Cameron and I work for Madill Equipment. We design and
manufacture heavy duty logging equipment for worldwide distribution.

Rich Enners our President and CEO recently decided we needed to improve
our image at various logging equipment trade shows by purchasing a
portable display. I contacted Meghan Cox to see if your company would be
able to supply us with a new display that would represent the quality
that Madill puts into our own products

Meghan not only closed the deal on a new display but went the extra mile
on our behalf. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted or how it would
look. Meghan took the lead and showed us several displays at your
showroom in Richmond and she made suggestions on how the final product
would look. She then came to our office in Nanaimo and put on an
excellent presentation with our senior management team and answered all
the questions put to her. Additionally, she followed up with several
emails and phone calls. We decided to place an order for two displays
from the Portables. Meghan worked with myself and your graphic artist
(who did an outstanding job) to come up with a design that is both
professional and also allows us to separate the display into two smaller
displays that still looks as good as when the two are joined together.

I can tell you that this past week we attended the Truck Loggers
Convention in Vancouver and we received rave reviews on our display,
both from our own team and more importantly, our customers. The display
was on time and on budget. I am looking forward to our next shows in
Eugene Oregon and Australia to show off the new Madill display.

The Trade Show went great--lots of very positive comments on the booth--thank you for all your follow up and for finding us that black carpet. It pulled the booth together nicely!!

The only thing that would have been better, would have been to set it up a little earlier so we could get in to decorate...we were there a little late on Friday, but we managed.

But I have to say, that everyone I talked to at Portables was a pleasure to deal with! Thanks for everything. Great Job!
